There is a simple explanation.

For anyone who cares to know, namly people from other sites who always assume they know something because they 'heard' something or someone 'told' them something, here ya go, from me to you.

My mods stay in a DEV/BETA stage for long periods of time for simple reasons. I am not scared to expand a mod. I dont feel the need to make something that is released or not released yet for that matter, feature frozen. Users can always think of neat & great ideas to add to things. A mod being feature frozen is pretty pointless to suggest something be added to. Therefor i leave mine open for long periods of time. When it goes awhile with no more suggestions or ideas, then i will Final the version its on & be done with it.

Basically i'm not scared to work & add things. Yall might be, but i'm not. So in short, if my mods stay in DEV, thats because they are always being updated & developed.

Bottom Line.

I Mean.. I'm Not Suprised You Didn't Add A "Duhhhh" To The Bottom Of That Post... Mostly Cuz Your Always Doin Kickass **** With Your Mods..
