I downloaded the footer hack form here and installed it to my forum. Problem is, this came up on the top of the screen for the index of the board;

Only time i ever had that issue is if u have extra lines at the bottom of ur php file. go to functions.php and go to the bottom of it and delete all the extra lines so that ?> is the last line save and that should work. unless im wrong then someone smack me Laughing
