I am not going to force anyone to use this to submit downloads here. This format is required by the phpBB site in order to get your mods added to their mods db. If you dont want to use this, you dont have to, but dont expect the phpBB team to accept your download into their mods db system. As i said, you dont have to use this to get mods accepted here, so if you need it, its here. As long as you use it correctly & as instructed, your mod template header will be accurate & correct.

MOD Title This is the name of the file
MOD Author This is the name of the person who made it. In the provided box, 1st line needs to be your phpBB username, 2nd line needs to be your email, 3rd line needs to be your real name, 4th line needs to be your URL.
MOD Description Describe what this MOD is/does
MOD Version x.y.z format version of this MOD
Installation Level Easy, Intermediate, Advanced
Installation Time How many minutes (roughly) to install this
Files To Edit A list of all files that need edited, seperate each file with a new line (By hitting Enter)
Included Files All files that are included, seperate each file with a new line (By hitting Enter)
Author Notes Seperate each specific note with a new line (By hitting Enter)
MOD History First line is the year, month & day this was released in YYYY-MM-DD format, second line is the version in x.y.z format, third line is any version specific notes.
